JOINERY SURVEYOR - COLCHESTER - NEGOTIABLE
Are you an experienced joiner/carpenter who now wants to move into a surveyors role? Are you looking to work for a stable company with a full order book? If so our clients who specialised in timber products for many prestigious projects will be keen to hear about you.
The successful applicant will visit existing properties and building sites to measure and design products to fit.
Transport will be provided to and from site.
The company cover a large area and therefore flexible hours will be needed.
Knowledge of building regulations for all types of properties would be adventagious.
The applicant will be dealing with Architects/contractors and customers so will need to have a polite but professional personality.
This is fantastic opportunity with excellent training and long term prospects.

A bonus of between 5 and 10% is paid annually based on productivity.
