A leading mechanical and electrical building services consultancy specialising in the design of mechanical and electrical services for the construction industry. They play an integral part of multi-million pound construction projects including hospitals, schools, office blocks, hotels and airports. Our client has 4 offices spread across the UK.

They play an integral part of multi-million pound construction projects including hospitals, schools, office blocks, hotels and airports. Our client has 4 offices spread across the UK.
POSITION
Our client currently has a vacancy for a Junior Building Services Design engineer. You will join a team of engineers led by an associate design engineer. You will use your current skills as well as being trained up on new skills to design building services such as lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems layouts for new buildings. You will use packages including AutoCAD and Amtech or Hevacomp to carry out calculations.
APPLICANT
The successful applicant will have a recognised qualification in Building Services or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree. You will have experience as a building services design engineer for a UK building Services consultancy. You will have experience with AutoCAD, and design calculation software. You will have worked on projects such as office blocks and retail outlets.
PACKAGE
Package is dependent on experience and qualifications in the region of £25K - £30K plus pension, bonus and healthcare.
