An RAF training base in Wiltshire are looking for an Internal Verifier to internally verify the training delivered on the apprenticeship scheme at the training centre . This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the engineering industry to provide professional support to learners and assessors.
Responsibilities include:
- Inducting, managing, developing and supporting all assessors involved in scheme implementation
- Developing verification policies, strategies and sampling strategies
- Liaising with the Awarding Body and external parties, either directly or through centre management structure
- Maintaining regular contact with the assessors whose work you co-ordinate
- Ensuring that internal verification is carried out efficiently and consistently across the qualifications being delivered
- Ensuring that all assessments are valid and reliable
The ideal candidate will already hold a V1 qualification or equivalent, an A1 qualification in the subject matter of Aeronautical Engineering.
You will also require an engineering qualification to HND/HNC standard
The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
