Our Client based in Warwick, a global technology leader in their field are looking for an Internal Technical Salesperson to join their UK sales team.
In this role you will have to respond to technical sales enquires from customers, distributors, internal sales and field sales. Prepare and issue quotation documentation. Give first tier technical support, maintain good relationships with customers, maintain documentation files within the department, receive orders and document to the correct procedure. Coordinate retail prices and product information from divisions setting up part numbers where applicable, answer all technical and pricing queries working with and alongside the strategic pricing manager.
In the first 3 months this position will require frequent visits away training with potential of overnight stays on a weekly basis. Training and development is the number one priority in this position, working as part of a team.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a technical sales environment and ideally educated to level 2 City & Guilds as a minimum in engineering. The candidate must be able to drive with a clean license.
