Description
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - BISHOPS STORTFORD - SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Do you have experience of providing technical support over the phone to customers and engineers in the field? If so our clients are looking for an office based support engineer with a willingness to gain knowledge of their product range. Full in house training will be provided on an ongoing basis.
Supplying commercial and technical support to our customers and external sales team
Preparing quotations for contracts
Taking technical sales calls, commercially following live projects along side the external sales team
General sales office duties such as progressing customer orders and general sales stock enquiries.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and have experience from a similar role or demonstrate a willingness to gain knowledge of their product range.
