My client is a global company that supply large blue chip companies with quick solutions for mechanical adhesion challenges.
There gluing systems are used for packaging company's and folding carton company's that supply packaging for various products.

JOB TITLE: Internal Service & Technical Support Engineer
EXPERIENCE: Technical support, Servicing, Customer facing
SKILLS: Good communication, Fault finding
SALARY: Competitive salary & Package
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire. (Client will help with re-location)

THE ROLE
You will be the point of contact for the service manager on all queries and problems encountered on site. You will shadow a service engineer on the parts for the first 6 - months to understand the product and problems fully across the UK. From this you will then work within the office to work through solving problems and trouble shooting over the phone from your service team.
