Internal Sales Manager - Avon
To coordinate and ensure the delivery of product to customer in line with orders and requirements from the Business Development Team. To be an internal customer champion. In addition to manage some specific resale customers.
Qualifications(Any qualifications relevant to completing the job to a competent standard)
Ideally degree qualified in Business or possibly Engineering although would need some commercial qualification as well.
Experience(Any experience relevant to completing the job to a competent standard)
Experience of delivery to demanding clients of time pressure complex products. Experience of coordinating and pushing through solutions with multi-disciplinary teams.
Conflict resolution and management.
Working with Sales/BDM teams, Manufacturing, Procurement and Customers.
On time delivery of product to clients and BDMs
Planning and Project management of the delivery
Client satisfaction
