- Excellent business acumen with a track record of sales support within an internal sales function.
- Must have a strong customer focus, and be committed to total Customer Service and Satisfaction.
- Quick, analytical mind with abilities for problem solving.
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Exposure to a Commercial / Sales environment.
- Professional and personal drive, energy and enthusiasm.
- Understanding of computer systems to effectively operate MS Office based products.
- Strong organisational skills, and a high level of attention to detail, are essential.
Main purpose of job;
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing clear and concise information whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Acting as a key source of technical information and advice for customers and colleagues.
- Ensuring complete accuracy of orders to ensure products and services can be delivered within the customers required time and budget.
- Assisting in the development of products and services, both nationally and globally.
- Co-ordinating tenders and submittals with the Business Development Team
- Recording all activity and the outcome of customer contact and completing general admin duties relating to the role.
