Specialising in the supply of innovative and effective solutions, Broady, are able to satisfy customers standard & bespoke requirements, in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel Aluminium Bronze Castings and other materials, for valves, periscope bearings, forgings and special fittings.
We now have a vacancy for an ambitious and committed Internal Sales Engineer to join our team of professionals. The objectives of this role are to promote, develop and grow the sales of our products. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Full account management, including dealing with overseas clients
• Generating and maintaining business relationships with the aim of building client rapport and increasing revenue, including arranging meetings with clients;
• Undertaking technical analysis of client requirements and proposing the best solutions
• Preparing tender bid documents for major high-value projects
• Providing consultative client support for our full range of products with the aim of ensuring client satisfaction;
• Conducting client presentations and demonstrations on our various products, as and when required;
• Provide consistent client support and assist in maintaining existing installations
• Developing and keeping an extensive up-to-date knowledge base of all relevant products and components, and conveying this knowledge to our clientele.
The successful applicant will either be a graduate in a relevant engineering discipline or you will have at least three years of experience in a similar position carrying significant autonomy. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
