An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Internal Sales Engineer for a specialist suppliers of instrumentation and control products, supplying existing clients in the Water, Chemical, Energy Oil and Gas industries.

The right candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and responsible for the specification/quotation and support of the company's core products. The enquires will be generated via the Sales & Marketing Manager. This company are looking to continue their impressive growth and be recognised as market leaders.

Responsibilities:-Deal with customer technical inquiries via phone/email/fax
-Specify products against customer requirements (full training provided)
-Quote products against customer requirements
-Follow up quotations with customers
-Liaise with suppliers
-Work from our database to provide quotations for customers
-Set up and maintain our databases (training provided)
-Organise and maintain your paperwork/filing system
-Work to a QMS (Quality Management System)

Requirements:-Previous experience in an instrumentation/electrical environment
-Previous experience in a Technical Sales/ Applications engineer role.
-Qualified to HNC or Degree level
-Ability to work under own initiative
-Ability to work under pressure
-Excellent Communication skills
-Ability to build effective relationships with customers
-Competent in Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook & be familiar with database programs

Salary:-£23-25k basic dependant on experience.
