Job Title: Technical Support Engineer


Our client is a modern dynamic supplier of ecologically friendly automated ventilation systems used in commercial and industrial buildings. Our client is a leader in 'Green Solutions' for companies across the UK and Ireland with new clients emerging in Europe and across the world. Since the company was established nearly 10 years ago they have grown nearly 1000%. They have a specialist product within a very buoyant industry and have a requirement for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be in a team that supports field based sales engineers in the UK and Ireland. The role will require you to prepare specifications and quotations for ventilation systems, including 12V DC motors and DC electrical power systems. You will have direct contact with clients, sub-contractors and architects. Based in their purpose built office you will be trained on all of the products and internal computer systems.

The role of a Technical Support Engineer will suit a candidate that has a basic electro-mechanical understanding. Confidence with communicating over the telephone and in person is beneficial as there will be the occasional site visits.

Salary:
£15,000 - £20,000 plus annual bonus, full training and pension
