Internal Auditor/ Process Improvement Engineer is required for a Manufacturing Company based in Farnborough.
The purpose of the role is to support the Quality Assurance Manager playing an important role in continuous improvement within the company.
You will be responsible for carrying out internal and external as well as product and process audits to the appropriate quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100. Working with the Quality Assurance Manager, you will also be responsible for planning and carrying out quality audits, assist in engineering quality into the product using SPC, analysis and corrective/preventative actions.
Candidates need to hold relevant qualifications ideally in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering or equivalent and have held a similar role involving Quality auditing working with composites, compiling First Article Inspection Reports and initiating process improvements.
Knowledge of Nadcap would be an advantage.
