With an engineering HNC qualification or equivalent, ideally in a mechanical discipline, you will have proven experience in the management of mechanically biased projects within a heavy engineering environment. Experience in managing contracts, including negotiation, to deliver significant medium value project works is essential, and you should be competent in budget management, including planning.
