Instrumentation and Control Technician

We currently seek an Instrumentation, Electrical and Control Technician prepared to take on the responsibility for carrying out maintenance and calibration work as required
Reporting to the Site Instrumentation Engineer, the successful candidate will support the implementation of continuous improvement including planned and preventative maintenance programmes on a site wide basis, whilst also becoming involved in a number of plant modifications and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process and manufacturing industries and will have gained significant exposure to the maintenance and improvement of process instrumentation.
Committed and energetic, you must be flexible, adaptable to new technology and willing to learn new skills whilst maintaining an on going compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years process / maintenance plant experience combined with a recognised instrument apprenticeship or equivalent, as well as minimum of an ONC or equivalent in Control/Instrumentation Engineering.
