Wind Tunnel Instrumentation Engineer required in Bristol
The successful candidate will be part of the Instrumentation team.
The responsibilities include:
-Control systems required to operate the wind tunnel facility
-Design, manufacture and integration of wind tunnel model systems
-Organising instrumentation maintenance and calibration schedules
-Maintaining instrumentation associated with running the facility
-Maintain all documentation
The skills and qualifications required are HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or have served an apprenticeship. Candidates need to have worked in worked in a similar role before in the aircraft/test industry.
You are required to have knowledge of excel, project and word as well as analogue and digital electrical systems and be familiar with data logging and systems integration.
