Inspection Engineer -- Aberdeen
Position Description: Based onshore, with the ability to work offshore as required, you must:
Be competent to inspect: Process Vessels, Auxiliary Vessels, Process Heat Exchangers, Auxiliary Heat Exchangers, Risers, Flowlines, Process Pipework, Auxiliary Pipework, Main Structure, Secondary Structure, Pipework Fabrication, Module Fabrication, and Pressure Relief Valves.
Be familiar with both Welding and NDE techniques and applications.
Be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and dealing with clients.
Be physically fully capable of carrying out all inspection activities.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Engineering Technician / Time Served Engineer / ONC Level / UKAS Category 4 Engineer
Experience: Practical experience in a similar role and commensurate with this position essential, including work with Pressure Systems
