Infrastructure Architect required to work in Wiltshire for a large defence company. The successful application will be required to be security cleared
to SC level (prior to appointment) You will join a team working to provide architectural and technical direction. You require a broad understanding of medium scale network infrastructures and their implementation but will specialise on the implementation of their thin client element of the architecture which is based on Sun Microsystems Sunrays. A good understanding of virtualisation and terminal services implementations. Familiarity with the Sun Microsystems Sunray architecture and the associated Secure Network Access Platform which is being used to implement security domain separation. Lead the architectural design of the client side networks. Prior experience of MOD and security requirements placed on MOD systems.
