We are a small but successful recruitment company based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire specialising in IT and Engineering placements. With a portfolio of well known clients, some with whom we deal with exclusively, we are currently looking to expand our team to cope with the increasing volume of business. Interested candidates will have immediate access to a warm desk with a number of ongoing vacancies with established clients; the need for business development will be minimal.

We do not work to KPIs and there is no minimum number of calls to make each day. We certainly expect our consultants to hit target, but we allow the freedom to use individual initiative and encourage new ideas and methods of working.
Due to the growth in our IT business, we are currently looking for experienced IT recruiters. Candidates will need to be professional in their approach with a good standard of education and a proven track record in resourcing and placing IT personnel. Due to the nature of the vacancies we deal with a good knowledge of software engineering and development would be beneficial; although we would consider experienced recruiters willing to develop their knowledge in these areas. We will also consider Software Engineering or Computer Science graduates with a genuine interest in a recruitment career.
We offer a basic salary of up to 30k per annum together with an excellent commission structure, free of thresholds and paying up to 30%, which ensures results do not go unrewarded. We also offer a company car / car allowance after a 6 month qualifying period and relocation assistance where applicable.
