Description
Our client requires a candidate to provide hardware and software support for a 12 month contract for their facility based near Farnborough.
Our client requires a candidate to provide hardware and software support for a 12 month contract for their facility based near Farnborough.
Candidates should have experience in a help desk or first line support function for both hardware and software applications. You must be familiar with installations of software applications, creating and managing user profiles, generating user statistics and giving end user training.
You will also ideally have two years experience working with Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Windows 2003 active directory security and being able to problem solve IT issues.
