Description
IS Specialist / 3rd Line Infrastrucutre and User Support / SAP / Up to £32k / West Midlands. Global company seek an IS Specialist to join a growing team. This will essentially be a 3rd line infrastructure and user support role. You will be responsible for infrastructure management, 3rd line technical support, project management and customer communications. You will need to be a graduate (or have equivalent field experience), with MCP or engineering crtification desirable but not essential. You should be experienced with project management, and have experience of supporting SAP, Microsoft, servers, Cisco routers etc. Full spec available on request.
