Operational management of a small team

Advantageous Skills

Flexibility. Both in terms of taking account of new information or changed circumstances and modifying understanding of a problem or situation accordingly, and in working practices and working hours
ITIL knowledge for Configuration, Change and Incident Management



Depth of Experience

10 years in a similar role

Advantageous, but not essential


Pay 30 PAYE - 33.90 Ltd per hour


Hours of Work / Overtime

37.5 hrs per week

Certification / Accreditation

MSCP, or other relevant industry standard
ITIL Foundation
