Description
ICT Support manager is needed by expanding client based 10 mins from Birmingham City Centre. The role is designed to improve organisations use of IT, need to have previously managed a small IT team and managed installation software / hardware projects, purchasing of h/w and s/w, preparation of IT budgets, manage performance of staff. Technically you will need to be comfortable supporting Microsoft platforms, AD, Exchange, SQL, Servers and ideally have MCSE or Prince 2. Experience of training new users on software is essential.
