The role is for a Wheels/Tyres/Brakes engineer in the Systems Centre is to deliver Technical and vendor management of aircraft landing gear rolling stock to a number of Airbus aircraft programmes. The role will involve working in close corporation with our vendors & subcontractors design teams and will include regular design review meetings.
Role Description:
The contractor should ideally have experience of:
•Hydro-mechanical Equipment design
•Specification of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
•Wheel, Brake and tyre design
•Aircraft mechanisms and mechanical interfaces
•Management of systems and equipment suppliers
•Regulatory, safety, reliability, maintainability and particular risk requirements
