THE ROLE

*Committed to ongoing development and success, this company requires a HR Manager to contribute to the achievements of company objectives.
*Within this role you will be heavily involved in development and implementation of an effective human resource operation.
*You will ensure that employee relations are initiated throughout the business and are developed with strong communication skills.
*you will make sure the operation meets the statutory health & safety obligations and that they are maintained.
*You will contribute to the implementation strategies as a member of the Senior Management Team.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*5yrs experience as a HR Manager
*CIPD qualified
*Must be from a Manufacturing environment
