Human Factors Manager - join this leader in the Defence market to be based in Middlesex. You will be a committed Human Factors Manager primarily responsible for managing Human Factors Integration including the co-ordination of all Human Factors activities across the programme. You will have a proven track record in Human Factors and in particular Human Factors Integration management on high profile and complex projects.

Proven technical expertise in the field of applied human factors and demonstrable experience of managing and delivering Human Factors Integration on large complex projects. Experience of managing human factors and technical projects, leading a team, and providing technical direction. A champion of stakeholder management with the tenacity to get the job done to demanding timescales within the framework of multi-disciplinary teams including multiple stakeholders and clients. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Degree or Masters degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics, Psychology, or equivalent, and professional membership of Ergonomics Society, BPS, or similar.
