Helpdesk - Software IT Support - Northampton
I have an opportunity for a Software Helpdesk Support Analyst to work onsite in Northampton.
The successful individual will have at least 2 years experience of working in a Helpdesk environment, supporting users across a range of technologies. The applicant should possess excellent knowledge of the Solaris operating system and Sun Hardware. Candidates who are Sun Certified System Admin qualified are extremely desirable and a working knowledge of Veritas NetBackup is prefered.
Applicants must be prepared to work on a shift rota basis on a rolling weekly shift pattern. An on call rota will be in place 1 week in 5, this is to offer out of hours support to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Helpdesk Analyst looking to further their career with a Blue Chip company.
