Helpdesk - IT Support - Northampton
I have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to work onsite in Northampton.
The successful individual will have some experience within a Hepldesk or IT Support environment, but mainly be willing to learn and develop their career with both training and learning new skills. A general knowledge of IT Services must be possessed by the candidate. Any experience with UNIX is highly desirable.
Applicants must be prepared to work on a shift rota basis on a rolling weekly shift pattern. An on call rota will be in place 1 week in 5, this is to offer out of hours support to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst looking to further their career with a Blue Chip company.
