Helpdesk - IT Support - Northampton
My client is currently looking for an experienced second line helpdesk analyst to work from their head office in Northampton.
We need individuals who have a strong focus on Windows 2000/XP, Server 2000 - 2003, Exchange 5.5 - 2003 and MS Office 200 - 2003.
A minimum of 3 years Technical Helpdesk experience is required, with a thorough knowledge of hardware such as desktop PC's Laptops and Thin Clients.
It is extremely advantageous if you hold an MCSE or a number of MCP's.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Blue Chip IT services company.
