Superb opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join a revolutionary new Pharmaceutical Operation in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Joining what is being billed as a European Centre of Excellence, you will join at an exciting and challenging time, as HSE policies are developed, tested, and rolled out to the new workforce.
The role requires an exceptionally talented Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, ideally with Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience. You should hold the NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent, and be looking to apply for Chartered or Associate Membership of the IEMA (If you haven't already).
Your main challenge will be to provide strategic and operational advice to ensure high standards of HS&E management are achieved throughout the organisation, ensuring that effective systems, processes and training programmes are developed and introduced to support high level of HS&E performance.
You will demonstrate experience implementing and evaluating management systems and policies relevant to HSE legislation, codes and standards. It is therefore vital that you have current knowledge of HSE Legislation and relevant issues.
The role is based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and will attract a salary in the region of £45k as a base.
