An experienced Health, Safety and Environment Pole Leader with strong management skills to support EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Regions. The role will involve travelling 50% of the time, mainly in Europe with some travel in Africa and the Middle East, developing and implementing effective HSE management systems and solutions for the region. Large part of the role will also involve managing the HSE team and influencing the upper management team.

Position
An experienced Health, Safety and Environment Pole Leader with strong management skills to support EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Regions. The role will involve travelling 50% of the time, mainly in Europe with some travel in Africa and the Middle East, developing and implementing effective HSE management systems and solutions for the region. Large part of the role will also involve managing the HSE team and influencing the upper management team. The HSE Leader will have worked in the service sector and understand HSE regulations in Europe, Middle East or Africa. The Health & Safety and Environment Pole Leader will manage Regional HSE leaders and deploy Automation Control Solutions Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Support use of Project Management tools and techniques ie. Six Sigma. Develop training and implement management of chemicals, wastes and pollution prevention. A background of working in the Petrochemical industry with knowledge of construction and elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) to include compliance with PSM elements training. Degree level or equivalent in Health, Safety or Environment or related field required. Ability to lead, motivate and manage others essential.
