Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to focus upon supporting the business to deliver Best Employer HSE performance.

Health & Safety Advisor - Sussex
Package: £40-45k basic salary + benefits package
Company: UK Construction Group with Sussex based business, focused upon Building, Refurbishment and Maintenance projects across the region.
Role: Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to focus upon supporting the business to deliver Best Employer HSE performance.
The role includes a focus to challenge and also to support people at all levels on HSE issues, using influence and persuasion rather than policing, ultimately being able to demonstrate improvement through KPI'S.
You will work very closely with the project based site management teams.
Requirements: The successful applicant will have proven experience at a project level in a recognised organisation, in the construction sector and must have a track record of achieving outstanding and sustainable HSE performance within construction.
You must possess strong personal and professional credibility both internally from senior management to site level and externally with the enforcing authorities.
