Handyperson / Maintenance Engineer required to carry out ppm and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and the building fabric at a site in Bristol. Salary £18,500 pa.
Job Title: Handyperson / Maintenance Engineer
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £18,500 pa
Benefits: 20 days holiday increasing 1 day per annum, pension scheme, health care and uniform
Job Description: There is now an opportunity for a qualified electrician to join the maintenance team at a prestigious blue chip building in the Bristol area, carrying out preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and the building fabric, fault-finding and repairs. Co-operation with other technicians to deliver a prompt repair service where problem solving and team work with others ensuring the complete maintenance service provided to the customer is of consistently high quality and repaired to last as long as possible. Report writing and communicating with subcontractors. Ideally the candidate will have at least 3 years experience within the electrical maintenance industry. Suitable candidates must work well in a team have excellent communication skills and be hardworking and pro-active. The Company offer training which will be given in areas that may be lacking.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
An electrical / mechanical qualification: City and Guilds 236 part 2 or equivalent.
