Job Title: Handyperson / Maintenance Engineer Immediate Start
Location: Hammersmith
Salary £20-£22k
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday, Pension
Our client a prestigious managed Services Company our currently seeking a Handyperson / Maintenance engineer to join maintenance team responsible for this high profile commercial building in the Hammersmith Area.
Duties include the assisting the Engineers in the Planned Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and the building fabric.
General adhoc handyperson duties including: - basic plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry painting and decoration.
Education / Qualifications required
A strong building services background.
Ability to work as part of a team or to own initiative.
