Job Title Maintenance Engineer/ Handyperson
Location: Gravesend Kent
Hours 8am-16.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary £22k-£24k depending on experience
Benefits : 20 days holiday, Pension
Our Client a prestigious Facilities Management Company are currently seeking a maintenance engineer / Handyperson to work as part of a team responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of a large commercial building.
Skills / Qualifications required
Candidates should have at least 2 years previous experience within a maintenance environment.
A city and Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical is preferred but not essential.
Must be well presented and have good communication skills
