The ideal candidate should have high level of experience in the HVAC Contracting industry with experience of managing HVAC projects including management of a labour force. An Established HVAC Building Services Contractor is seeking to recruit a HVAC Building Services Project Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:
•Planning, procuring and organising all labour, materials and plant activities of HVAC projects to meet client requirements.
•You will also hold financial responsibility for the projects under your control.
•You will need to ensure compliance with technical, contractual, quality, legal and health & safety standards.
•Develop positive working relationships with clients and other departments and a multi-disciplined labour force.
