Description
An established Building Services Contractor is seeking to recruit a HVAC Estimator with over 10 years experience of prearing and submitting tenders between £500K - £10m in value.
Estimate Building Services tenders as delegated by the commercial manager within the timeframe allocated by the client.
• Undertake surveys and on site meetings as required to enable completion of tender documentation.

• Undertake surveys and on site meetings as required to enable completion of tender documentation.
• Organise for specialist contractor surveys meetings as required to enable completion of tender documentation.
• Estimate bids within the company's norms and in collaboration with the area managers.
• Always arrange settlement meeting with Commercial Manager (or senior management) prior to tender submission.
• Complete tender documentation and prepare proposals.
• Complete a timely handover for the operational managers upon winning a new contract.
• Ensure that the sales pipeline is up to date at all times.
• Ensure that deadlines are met.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by keeping regular communication with existing clients, identifying and resolving problems as they arise,
• Maintain regular contact with the area managers and commercial manager to improve efficiency and productivity in the day to day running of the business.
• Work core office hours, with a flexible approach to ensure deadlines are met.
