We are an established global automotive full service supplier providing design and engineering services internationally.
In line with our UK development and growth plans we seek the skills of an experienced HR person to join our team. To provide the business and management with comprehensive HR support, promoting best practice and compliance with legislation and define the HR functionality and support activities such as recruitment and retention.

In line with our UK development and growth plans we seek the skills of an experienced HR person to join our team. To provide the business and management with comprehensive HR support, promoting best practice and compliance with legislation and define the HR functionality and support activities such as recruitment and retention.
Reporting to the Managing Director responsibilities include:
Implementation of relevant company HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
Providing support to managers on employment law, disciplinary, grievance, equal opportunity issues and employee training and development.
Recruitment and Selection from interview to offer letter to contract of employment.
Absence management
Liaison with Trade Unions as and when required.
Proactive approach to establishing/getting involved with other HR initiatives that would benefit the business and its employees.
Skills and Experience Required:
Successful applicants will have a minimum of CIPD part qualified together with a generalist HR background and the following experience;
Demonstrated working knowledge of employment law/legislation and general HR policies and procedures.

Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
