HR Generalist/ Officer

Description

A Human Resources Generalist/ Officer is required to start immediately within the HR department for a leading research and development corporate headq

arters located near Weybridge, Surrey. The contract will be for an initial 3 months, but is likely to extend.

Someone with a broad HR background and experience of answering basic manager queries, conducting exit interviews, inductions, an understanding of HR systems, dealing with international mobility and general recruitment.

Duties
Drafting contracts
Liasing with recruitment agencies
Liasing with HR Managers and Hiring Managers
Typing letters and replying to emails
Maintaining Databases (excel spreadsheets)
Creating presentation using Powerpoint.
First point of contact for dealing with HR queries
Work with members of the HR team in the delivery of HR services.
Ensure accurate employee information is managed and administered.
Provide administration support to the Health and Safety Working Group.

The Requirements

A confident HR generalist/ officer/ co-ordinator with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to an intermediate level
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
Ability to work on own initiative and be self sufficient and self motivated.
Strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure with good humour
A Level of equivalent,

The ideal candidate would have worked in a Corporate environment before, must be willing to be flexible with hours and should have a highly professional manner.
