H.R. CASE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Contract 3 month - possibly leading to perm for right candidate
Leading Aerospace client requires HR Case Management Specialist
The role will involve:-
• End to end responsibility on allocated cases for advising Business Managers in the effective and timely resolution of individual cases, (e.g. discipline and grievance), absence, capability etc.
• Giving advice and guidance to Resource Managers, adhering to employment law.
• Coaching managers to improve their competence and confidence in managing cases.
• Delivery of high quality service to all parties involved in an HR case, accurately recording and exchanging information.
• Representing the Company at employment tribunals.
• Collating business unit data on case status, provide trend analysis to Business Partners and support the implementation of solutions to address root causes.
The ideal candidate will have:-
• Broad knowledge of the HR best practice in case management, employment law and employee relations.
• Well-developed customer and relationship management skills.
• Ability top coach business leaders in effectively managing cases and people issues.
• Negotiation and conflict management.
• Investigative skills.
• Minimum 3 years generalist working knowledge.
• Ideally CIPD qualification.
