Role and Responsibilities:
•Manage holiday forms and record staff absences, holidays and courses.
•Assist with the production and maintenance of training matrices.
•Complete new starter day 1 inductions.
•Time sheet returns and general issues raised.
•Arrange training courses as required including accommodation, transport etc.
•Set up Management meetings including conference calls, distribution of documents and facilities / refreshments required for the meeting.
•Department administration support
•Distribution of sales figures and forecasts.
•Maintain required stock levels of stationary and place orders.
•Oversee health and safety requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•An understanding of common HR practises and procedures is essential.
•Good administrative skills.
•A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
•Knowledge of Oracle HR would be a benefit however not essential.
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
•Good attention to detail.
