Our client is a large subsurface engineering company who are seeking individuals with Maximo and supply chain process skills.
Group SCM Process and Tools Manager
Reporting to the Chief Purchasing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities specific to role include:
• Support the ongoing improvement of company Processes and Tools.
• Manage Improvement Register and coordinate process.
• Manage changes to Group and Regional SCM Documents and Forms.
• Administrator of SCM Process Navigator.
• Work closely with Regional SCM Managers and their assigned support network in all regions.
• Work closely with IMS, looking at SCM Tool interfaces.
• Be responsible for IMS budget for SCM department support and development.
• Research, Involvement and decision making on future SCM tools.
• Work closely with Finance department on interface issues.
• Understand issues in Procure to Pay process and find solutions.
• Attend and give input at Group SCM Management level.
• Chair the Group Maximo Super User bi-annual meeting.
The successful candidate will have:
• University degree
• Sound Supply Chain Management understanding and practice preferred
• A flexible and structured approach to define and plan
• Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Good supervisory, organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Maximo is essential
• Flexible attitude to work/teamwork approach in order to meet Regional and Group requirements
This position will be based in Aberdeen.
