Technical Requirements
A suitable candidate will have an in-depth knowledge in using:
Windows OS,
Adobe Framemaker requiring an expert level of knowledge
Adobe CS3 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional)
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The candidate must have a solid understanding of graphic asset management, colour space, image resolution, work methods and a full understanding of the print process.
The Role
The candidate must have extensive demonstrable knowledge of working with Framemaker and InDesign and producing professional quality documentation within tight deadlines.
Accuracy and an eye for detail will be essential in the creation of corporate and other supporting material from an existing library of templates. The candidate must be familiar in the use of style sheets, advanced type setting techniques, and be adept at image retouching and manipulation.
The candidate must be organised, have the ability to understand a brief and communicate any concerns, be able to prioritise workloads and function well under pressure on several projects at once.
3+ years experience in a similar previous role is preferred.
This is a long term contract post.
