Leading manufacturer of high specification components for the automotive indutry are seeking degree qualified production engineers to be trained by Lean experts within the business, gain a grounding at their state of the art facility before moving into consultancy as lean manufacturing consultants.
Graduate Production Engineer / Graduate Manufacturing Engineer - To £25k
This company are a leading manufacturing company who develop and manufacture high specification components, equipment, and systems for the automotive industry and were declared in 2007 the fastest growing manufacturing company in the UK.
There is now an urgent requirement for three graduate Production Engineers / Manufacturing Engineers to be involved in a new venture for this business which is to offer Lean Production and Manufacturing consultancy services, to start, you will work at the site in the midlands absorbing established an creative Lean Production processes which have been put in place by some of the premier Lean Guru's in the industry, ensuring you learn cutting edge processes, in addition you will ensure that what was put in place IS being carried out and sharpening any area's you see fit, you will then move on to other sites in the UK and possibly Europe further developing you on this fast track career opportunity, finally when you are up to standard and the new venture has matured you will be outsourced to various companies across various industries acting as THE Production Consultant.
