As a graduate you will be joining the professional development scheme including: technical seminars, training courses, conferences, design competitions, job rotations, and site secondments. You will also have a mentor to support and encourage your personal growth and professional development throughout your career. All of our graduates are encouraged to achieve professional status in their appropriate discipline. You should ideally hold MEng degree (or equivalent) in civil engineering and have interest in further developing your skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative, support from senior members of the staff will be provided. They would expect you to be enthusiastic, innovative and reliable individual with a willingness to take up new challenges. Some of our graduates have the opportunity to travel occasionally; therefore a full, clean driving licence would be an advantage.
