Role Description
A Graduate Manufacturing Engineer is required for an ambitious Birmingham based oil and gas element manufacturer looking at ways to make the production as efficient as possible by process flow mapping and rectifying tooling issues. Other responsibilities include supporting the Manufacturing manager in tasks such as quality assurance, administration and report writing for the works office.
Required Experience
Whilst a degree is beneficial areas of experience in a manufacturing environment will be taken into account. What is most important to my client is the aspiration to develop into a Manufacturing Manager long term and the flexibility to train in locations worldwide.
Benefits Package
The company offers a generous remuneration package of between £22,000 and £25,000 plus the benefits you would expect from a market leading company such as contributory pension and generous overtime allowance. The main benefit that can be derived is there substantial ability to train and develop there staff.
