My client specialises in the design and manufacture of military joysticks and controllers for the Aerospace industry. They have been established for over 30 years and are now looking for a graduate design engineer to join the new product introduction (NPI) team. They design and manufacture customer built products depending on the client's specialist requirements but also offer standard solutions that they produce.
They are now seeking a graduate design engineer on a permanent basis to join their well established design engineering team. You will be working on exciting new products which will be used throughout different industries but mainly in the aerospace and defence markets.
The graduate design engineer will need to have a degree or equivalent in a mechanical engineering discipline along with having done a sandwich year in a mechanical design engineering position. Use of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is advantageous but not essential as training will be given. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to begin their career in a well established engineering company which will offer excellent training and advice to help build the foundations of your career.
