Main Purpose of the Position (including reporting structure)
This position is responsible for proactively partnering with the business leadership and managers to grow organizational, team and individual capabilities as required to meet short and long term business goals. The position will have global responsibility to lead ODR processes & action plans for several PGBU lines of business (LoB) as well as the CPG Kent based organizations. This role reports directly to the Global HR Director and has a strong dotted line relationship to the Global OD/OE Director within PGBU Corporate.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development & implementation of the business' global organizational development strategy (to be defined)
Coordinate, manage & facilitate the Organizational Development Review (ODR) processes and action plans for the LoB's & sites supported, partnering with site, country & regional HR leaders for resource support. This includes significant analysis of ODR data to identify key trends or issues (gaps/strengths/weaknesses/etc.) that impact organizational/business performance.
Ensure resultant ODR initiatives are SMART and assist the management teams to execute agreed action plans. Monitor, track & report on status of agreed initiatives to ensure progress towards agreed deliverables.
Support and implement change leadership capabilities throughout the organization to increase the organization's capacity to sustain change
Lead & coordinate initiatives targeted towards creating a consistent high-performance culture within sites & LoB's supported (LDS wave planning, employee/manager coaching, 360 Profilor facilitation, etc.)
Assess existing organizational/team/individual capability gaps and develop/implement action plan to improve capability
Serve as a consultative resource and/or a coach in the area of employee development
Partner with PGBU & other peers to develop/implement innovative approaches to enhance organizational capability
Assist with and/or lead overall HR function improvement initiatives for client and LoB's supported, as well as managing special projects as needed
Coordinate (& deliver when necessary) required client Inc. or PGBU training & remote EMEA employees.
Experience Required:
Experience assessing organizational, team and individual capabilities against present and future business requirements, and the development / implementation of action plans to enhance performance.
Experience coaching at the leadership, manager and individual employee level
The ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) and present information in a manner aligned with diverse audience needs
Education/qualifications required
Demonstrable experience in HR/OD experience with a focus on assessing & growing organizational capability
Training & Development qualifications(strong facilitation skills, experience with org. development tools/processes/models) Essential
Educated to degree level in relevant discipline
Experience working with cross-functional, multi-national organizations (Desirable & strongly preferred)
