Description

Seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join the geotechnics team in Telford Office.

The current office workload is varied and interesting, including site investigation and reporting for development projects.

site investigation and geotechnical design work for Environment Agency flood defence scheme as well as geotechnical input to a variety of civil engineering infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should satisfy the following:

.Graduate in Civil Engineering Geology/Geotechnical engineering, preferably with an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering
.or a graduate geologist with a post graduate geotechnical qualification Preferably working towards chartered status
.Solid experience in ground investigation and geotechnical design work, gained with a consultant or ground engineering contractor.
.Previous experience of slope stability analysis and/or sheet pile design.
.Valid UK driving license
.Applicants for this position must have the right to work in the UK without restriction
