Description
Our client, a global telecoms company, requires a Genesys Support Engineer to take up a contract vacancy initially for 12 months on site for a major g
vernment end-client. The successful applicant will have experience of supporting Genesys solutions at an advanced level. 2nd or 3rd line technical support experience is essential. You must be a self starter and have familiarity with ITIL service management processes. Any experience of other IPCC components is desirable but not essential. This is a contract role to be based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. The successful candidate, if not already SC cleared, must be eligible to be out through the process.
