Description
Our client, one of the countries leading consultancies, requires a General Practice Surveyor or Estates Surveyor to deal with a large Commercial property portfolio in Liverpool.
Our client, one of the countries leading consultancies, requires a General Practice Surveyor or Estates Surveyor to deal with a large Commercial property portfolio in Liverpool.
Candidates must be chartered (RICS or equivalent) and must have commercial property experience. The role will involve rent reviews, renewals, tenant/client liaison and valuations which you will be required to sign off.
This is a contract based position with a minimum duration of 3-4 mths. There is a strong possibility of further work after this period.
Pay rates up to 35ph Ltd dependent on experience.
